CANCELLATION OF STAY AND REMUNERATION
The Customer may be required to pay the applicable severance pay as set out below prior to the start of the stay, which is already a non-binding order, to the following: The withdrawal must be delivered to Lublass by email or in writing. The Customer’s and Lublass’s contractual relationship is hereby canceled and Customer’s participation is canceled on the day the written withdrawal (cancellation) is delivered to Lublass. If Customer withdraws from the reservation, Lublass is obliged to return to the Customer all that it has received from the Customer to pay for the price of the stay and the Customer is obliged to pay Lublass the following severance pay:

  • by the 65th day before the stay, the actual costs incurred, but at least 10% of the total price of the stay;
  • 65 to 46 days before the actual stay, but at least 20% of the total cost of the stay;
  • 45 to 31 days before the actual stay, but at least 50% of the total cost of the stay;
  • 30 to 16 days before the actual stay, but at least 80% of the total cost of the stay;
  • 15 days or less before your stay 100% of the total stay.
    6.2 Withdrawal from cancellation (cancellation) must be done in writing only with the Customer’s signature and sent either to the e-mail address or by post.
    6.4 The time of delivery of the withdrawal, ie delivery to Lublass, is decisive for determining the amount of severance pay.
    CUSTOMER DISCLAIMER
    Lublass reserves the right to refuse any order or reservation with Customer, in particular in the following cases:
    (a) Customer repeatedly sends incomplete or intentionally incorrectly filled orders;
    (b) Customer does not provide correct contact information to his person; or
    (c) In the past, the Customer has not unreasonably paid the deposit or the full amount for the ordered in accordance with conditions hereof; or
    (d) Customer repeatedly violates the Terms.
